Responsible growth means making sure existing residents are not overlooked as our communities continue to change and expand.

Whether it's increased traffic, infrastructure pressures, drainage concerns, environmental impacts, or compatibility with surrounding neighbourhoods, residents deserve to know their concerns are being heard and taken seriously.

At the same time, local businesses, agriculture, industry, and development all play an important role in supporting our economy and community.

Good planning is about balance. It means looking at long-term impacts, protecting quality of life, supporting responsible economic activity, and making practical decisions that reflect the interests of the people who already call Ward 4 home.
